Helpful for anyone trying to reduce weight, suppresses appetite and has been shown to help support fat burning. Adults: 10 to 15 drops three to four times a day. Shake Well. Place drops under the tongue and hold for 10 seconds to allow for absorption. Do not take within 15 minutes of consuming food, beverage or brushing teeth.
